About these terms

This website is operated by House of Vani Vrtti Private Limited, trading as Vani Vrtti (GSTIN 29AAICH6758D1Z8), 1st Floor, No. 15S, 3rd Cross, Abdul Kalam Road, VIP Layout, Akshayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean House of Vani Vrtti Private Limited, and "you" means anyone who visits the site or buys from us.

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.

Using our website

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• Use the site only for lawful purposes.
• Do not transmit viruses or any harmful code, or try to interfere with how the site works.
• We may refuse service, or suspend access, if these terms are broken.

Products and handmade variation

• We show our products as accurately as we can, but screens display colour differently, so the colour you see may differ slightly from the piece.
• Handwoven Tussar and ikat show slight variation in colour, weave and texture. This is part of the craft and is not a defect.
• Many pieces are made in small quantities. We may limit sales by person, household or order.
• We may stop selling a product at any time.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and may change without notice. The price at the time you place your order applies.
• Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details.
• International orders may attract import duties and taxes, which you pay to the courier. See our Shipping & Delivery page.
• If we find an error in a price or description, we may correct it or cancel the order. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

Orders

• An order is accepted when we confirm it by email or WhatsApp.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect misuse.
• Please give us accurate, complete contact, billing and delivery details, and keep them up to date.

Tailored garments

For blouses, jackets and other stitched garments, you are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements and details you give us. Tailored garments cannot be cancelled or exchanged, but we can alter them. Details are in the Exchanges, Returns & Store Credit policy.

Our content

All images, text, designs and other content on this site belong to Vani Vrtti or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use them without our written permission.

Reviews, comments and submissions

• If you send us reviews, comments, photographs or ideas, you allow us to use them in connection with our business, without payment to you.
• Your submissions must not be unlawful, offensive, misleading or infringe anyone's rights.
• We may remove any submission at our discretion.

Third-party tools and links

The site may use third-party tools, or link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Please read their terms and privacy policies.

Errors and omissions
