AT VANI VRTTI, WE ARE COMMITTED TO ENSURING A SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE FOR EVERY TRANSACTION ON OUR WEBSITE. OUR PRODUCTS ARE DELIVERED WITH THE UTMOST CARE, ADHERING TO THE HIGHEST QUALITY STANDARDS.

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
RETURNS & EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED ONLY UNDER SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCES, SUCH AS THE WRONGFUL DELIVERY OF A PRODUCT (IF IT DOESN'T MATCH THE ITEM IN THE ORDER CONFIRMATION) OR IF IT HAS A GENUINE QUALITY/MANUFACTURING DEFECT. IN SUCH CASES, WE WILL RE-FULFILL YOUR ORDER WITH THE SAME OR A SIMILAR PRODUCT AFTER REVIEWING THE ISSUE WITHIN A SPECIFIC TIME FRAME (SEE CUSTOMER CARE BELOW).

DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS, WE RESERVE THE SOLE DISCRETION TO PROVIDE A RESOLUTION FOR ANY SITUATION AS WE DEEM FIT. EACH RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST IS HANDLED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS, AND WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO REACH OUT TO OUR CUSTOMER CARE FOR PROMPT RESOLUTION.

UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT ALLOW RETURNS & EXCHANGES UNDER ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES. CUSTOMERS ARE REQUESTED TO VERIFY AND REVIEW ORDERS, INCLUDING COLORS, SIZES, QUANTITIES, ETC., OF TEXTILES/GARMENTS/OBJECTS BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THE CUSTOMER HAS PROVIDED A WRONG OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS, THERE ARE THREE FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS BY OUR SHIPPING AGENCY, AND/OR THE PACKAGE IS REFUSED BY THE RECIPIENT.

PRODUCTS BOUGHT ONLINE CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED IN-STORE.

PURCHASES MADE DURING SALES/DISCOUNTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

BEFORE ACCEPTING DELIVERY OF ANY MERCHANDISE, PLEASE ENSURE THAT IT IS IN GOOD CONDITION AND HAS NOT BEEN TAMPERED WITH. IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED PACKAGE, PLEASE RETAIN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNTIL OUR INSURANCE ADJUSTER SURVEYS THE DAMAGE.

ADDITIONALLY, MENTION DETAILS ABOUT THE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT INSTEAD OF SIGNING IT AS 'RECEIVED.'
